Melamchi Project Exploring.

This video is shows the Melamchi Khane pani Headworks site at melamchi. But some security reason they can't get in the site so our some friends only enter the project headwords site. When we visit on the site we see there are nothing to restrict out team on the construction site because it was almost finished and no more worker are on there so why they restrict us we don't know. Our team all was civil engineer team but we request all the aspect but they can't give us enter so we r really sad for that.
